Real estate in contest
What is it?
It is an alternative way of buying and selling real estate, joining buyers and sellers to achieve their business in a public act, quickly and transparently. As with any type of auction, the real estate are undergoing to an exit price, generally attractive, and then bid and subject to the highest bidder.
How to bid?
You must appear at least one hour before at the auction place and make your subscription. Take the Identity and Tax Number.
For your convenience you can also make your pre-subscription in the days before the auction.

How to submit a proposal?
The proposal should contain the reference of the real estate of your interest and be sent by letter, fax or e-mail, in the period laid for receipt of offers.
